Returns & Exchanges


Please note: we only accept returns or exchanges of goods purchased directly from Raleigh Denim. Garments purchased from department stores or specialty stores must be returned to the store from which it was purchased.


We are happy to offer free returns and we accept any full price item for a refund within 14 days of delivery. Returns must be postmarked (i.e. put in the mail) within 14 days of delivery, or a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Returned merchandise must be unworn, unaltered, unhemmed, and unwashed with the original tags. Raleigh Denim reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet our return policy requirements

When your item(s) are received and postmarked within 14 days of the original delivery date, we will credit the card used to make the original purchase. If your item(s) are postmarked outside of the 14 day window, we will deduct a 20% restocking fee from your refund amount.

Last Call sale items are final sale, no returns accepted.  1/1 Collection products are final sale, no returns accepted.


If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest that you place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. Due to the limited nature of our products, this will ensure that your exchange item is in stock. You are then welcome to return your original order for a full refund within 14 days of delivery.
