1 - Fulfillment / Operations Lead
(~20 hours / 5 days x week)
- Pick, pack & ship orders in a timely manner.
- Process inbound and outbound mail-in hems in a timely manner.
- Process returns in a timely manner.
- Manage physical inventory and add finished goods to inventory as received.
- Print tags for finishing, troubleshoot issues with tags.
- QC bagged & tagged product prior to adding to inventory.
- Assist Curatory team with shop inventory and stock levels.
- Learn Inventory Systems with the ability to troubleshoot issues.
- Communicate with the Curatory team and GM about orders / issues / general needs.
- Order supplies as needed.
You are:
- Timely, organized, professional.
- Able to work 5 days a week for a few hours a day (before 3p).
- Willing to learn the operations of a small local business.
Pay depending on experience.

2 - Retail Associate
Part Time
(20-30 hours / 3-4 days x week)
- Provide outstanding customer service, cultivate lasting relationships with customers and maintain the same level of customer service for returning customers.
- Use the daily checklist and SOPs for all store operations. Opening, closing, restocking, etc.
- Curatory Vision/Execution - Visual Merchandising, daily and weekly cleaning procedures.
- Update the inventory system per sale and understand how integration works.
- Learn how to hem jeans on the Union Special sewing machine.
- Willing to plan and host events in the shop.
- Ambassador and educator of our brand; understanding of our products, production processes, etc.
- Ambassador and point person for all local connections: Auctions, events, tours, PR, etc.
- Actively participate in weekly Team Leads, including offering proactive ideas to improve RD customer experience.
- Assist sales, production and fulfillment teams to give guidance on (i) inventory management and (ii) customer feedback on fit, fabrics, etc.
You are:
- Timely, organized, professional, good with people & working with the public.
- Able to work standing for long periods of time.
- Willing to learn about Raleigh Denim, product, process and immerse yourself in the history of denim jeans manufacturing.
