How Do I Contact the Webshop?
You can find our contact information in the “Contact Us” section, located at the bottom of our website/at the top of our website. Feel free to give us a call (212-334-1330) or send us an email (yourfriends@raleighworkshop.com), and we will be happy to help you with any questions or concerns you may have! We operate our webshop out of our New York City flagship store, so we are available to talk Tuesday through Saturday from 11 to 7, Sunday 12 to 6, and closed on Mondays.

How Do I Know What Fit Works for Me?
We are also always happy to answer any questions you have, so give us a ring or drop us a line!

How Do I Enter a Coupon?
Enter the appropriate code in the “coupon” field under the item summary and totals. If you don’t see the coupon section, please contact the webshop.

Do You Offer Free Shipping?
We offer free ground shipping for orders over $150.

How Do I Check on My Order?
  it usually takes 1-2 days for us to process an order.  Once we've processed your order, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email, which will include your tracking number. Please click on the number to go to the UPS tracking website, where you can check on the progress of your package.

What is Your Return Policy?
We accept all unworn, unaltered, and unwashed items with their original tags within 14 days of delivery.  (this means your return/exchange needs to be postmarked within 14 days of the day UPS delivered your order.)  All sale items are final sale, unless a promotion is marked otherwise.  
please note, we generally have a pretty good sense of humor, but we're not kidding about returns/exchanges being unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with original tags. we appreciate your understanding!
